Title: Sertraline

I had to come off hrt because my oestrogen had gone too high & was experiencing awful anxiety, especially in the morning. I was prescribed Sertaline & it's now 5 weeks & I still feel very anxious, has anyone had success with this & how long did it take please x

Hi chrissyp, I think you should've been feeling the benefits by now, I was on it but I couldn't stomach it at all,when do you go back to dr?

Went back Friday & she said wait till 6 weeks x

When I was prescribed it,she told me two weeks!! I'm afraid I don't really have much faith in drs when it comes to all things meno😏
Anxiety is the pits isn't it? I mean if you're struggling please just go back,see another dr,you can ask for a different AD surely?

She said give it 6 weeks, takes longer in some people x
