Title: Estradiol Gel

Hi, I've been applying this gel now for two months, started on one pump per day then swiftly had to up it to two pumps because my hot flushes returned. Now I'm finding they've come back yet again is it ok to up to three pumps or is that too excessive. I am also on Utrogestan 100mg daily and I'm postmenopausal. Thanks.

I am three years post menopausal and need three pumps of the gel, i split morning (1) /night (2), if i forget my morning dose my symptoms return.

Hi you can use up to 4 pumps of gel. I'm post meno and I use 4 pumps x

I'll add an extra dose in the evening, just wondering whether I might be better off with an Evorel 50 patch instead..
