Title: Walking and weeing
Post by: Jemp on May 27, 2019, 08:40:29 AM
I would really like to get back into long distance walking but what is stopping me is my frequent weeing. This has been improved somewhat by avoiding certain drinks/ foods and by using Vagifem but is still a bit of a nuisance. Any advice anyone? Are she wees any use?

Use Vagifem 4 several nights prior to a walk ...... and take a shee-wee with you?  Also, have you tried pain relief to ease those 'wanting to wee' symptoms?

Could be irritable bladder or a low grade infection.

The upside is that your kidneys are working.
