Hi Eveyone
I've just been prescribed Estrogel and Utrogestin, I'm 48 and peri menopausal, I'm going to take 200mg of the Utrogestin on days 15-26 but not sure about the Estrogel. On the box it's says to be used as directed but my doctor didn't say what dosage to take. In the instructions it's says the usual dosage is 2 pumps daily but as I'm new to this should I start of with 1?
Any advice would be great :)

I was prescribed two pumps when I started on it in peri.

Start with one pump and increase as necessary. Your can even halve the pump which makes the gel my favourite type of oestrogen x

Hi Annie
Would I need to increase on the progesterone phase or just stay on 1 pump for the month and see how I get on? X

Usual starting dosage is 2 pumps. The progesterone stays the same up to 4 pumps. X
