This is just a suggestion but I would find it useful to have a 'recently updated posts' option. There are many times I read a post from the unread posts option and think I'll reply to that later - then it means trawling through all the forums to find it.

show unread posts since last visit - top of page. However, mine doesn't always work ::)

My unread posts works and I use it every time I log in, the problem is finding them again when I have read them.

Go to the bottom of the page to the box called "Menopause Matters Forum - Info Center" and you'll see a link to "View the most recent posts on the forum."
Also, at the top-right of a topic, the line of little blue tabs, there's "Notify" which you can easily click on and off to be notified of new posts to the thread.
