Title: Increased oestrogen patch dose and bleeding

Evening all, I had a Mirena inserted in December and started on Estradot 50 in January however due to ongoing night sweats, insomnia and anxiety I was increased to Estradot 75. Since starting a month ago I have had two bleeds whereas I had stopped bleeding altogether by the end of Feb
Looking for any advice as to whether anyone has had a similar experience and whether it might be related to the increased dose of oestrdiol.
