Hello
So I tried the Utrogestan last night vaginally ( as I absolutely cannot tolerate it orally) to see if the side effects were any better.
My question is this, I literally just pushed the pill up as far as it would go with my finger as I have no applicator.
Is this the correct thing to do? I couldn't reach the cervix I don't think so now I'm worried it wasn't effective.
Also, has anyone come across any applicators that can be bought? I've had a quick look on Amazon and all I can see are ones for cats when feeding them and they look like something out of the 1950's ;D ;D. I'm not sure I want that anywhere near me ;)

Ditto - no need for applicators and anyway they are wasteful of plastic!
