Title: Anxiety and converting from femoston 2 /10 to femoston conti 1/5

I am due to move from femoston2/10 to continuous  femoston 1/5 .Before I started HRT I suffered severe anxiety loosing 2 1/2 stone . I feel great now 2 years later  and am really concerned re changing in case the anxiety comes back .Has anyone who suffered anxiety changed and how did it go . Should I switch after 2 weeks of the oestrogen or 2 weeks after the progesterone  any advice would be great as I feel my GP who is young is not fully understanding .

Hi you will be getting less oestrogen on the Conti regime so your symptoms may not be controlled. X

Can you stay on sequential or must you change and if so any suggestions

Yes you can stay on sequential for as long as you want. How old are you ? X
