Title: Vagifem v Estring ?

Morning.....at my last doctor appointment it was suggested that maybe Estring would be be better tolerated than the Vagifem which gives me headaches.....i have also tried ovestin but get burning with that 🙄......i still have bladder issues ie....pressure and feeling of needing the loo .....awaiting a bladder scan appointment......i have not as yet filled the estring script .....any advice gratefully received as ever xx

Ultimately unless you try you won't no😊. It has less fillers in it than the others & you can forget about it.

Thanks Maryjane.....you are right of course.....will fill script and have a go......just hope i can fit it ok 😳...and ultimately remove it if found to be unsuitable xx

It's easy to put in for most, gold in half smoother in lube lean forward & slightly squat or low on the bed raise hips, breath out push in , it will go so far on its own, then put finger in and push to where it finds its “place” generally under the cervix if you have one.

Getting out can be more of a fiddle, a deeper squat, hook finger on it, hold on & gently pull out.

All sounds pretty straight forward 😊 just hope it suits me and I don't get any headaches.....doctor seems to think Vagifem twice weekly is maybe giving me spikes  of hormone where as estring would be more constant xx
