Hi  -  we have several threads about bladder issues and vaginal atrophy on here  ::) through necessity.

Give it a try, what's to lose.  Hopefully you have been advised to use it nightly for 2-3 weeks and then every few days ....... some ladies however need to use it nightly, due to it's low dosage.

There are threads on 'sylc' and 'yes' products too, which some use alongside localised HRT. I find that KY Jelly keeps me moist enough as well as regular Ovestin.  Let us know how you get on.

It's fantastic stuff, I have been using it for 3 years, my only meno symptom has been VA and that started when I was 48.
You need to do two week load and then continue on a maintenance dose, do not stop using it as symptoms soon return, give it a go.

Absolutely go for it evil grace. Do the two week load and then as often as required. Some ladies every night, some every other and myself Monday, Wednesday and a Friday. I went on it after continual UTI's age 65. Now 68

Definitely try it. I have been using it for 7 months following recurrent UTI's since peri. I am now 56 and wish I had known about VA when I was 50. I haven't had any more UTI's since November so I am keeping my fingers crossed. I had never heard of VA since I read about it here. GP's had referred me for cystoscopy and given me numerous AB courses. 1 GP did give me Estriol once but failed to explain what it was or how to use it.
