Hi everyone hope you are all well.
Just need some advice from any knowledgable ladies on this topic.
I have just started period which was 9 days late, periods irregular .
I was given Evorel Sequi by doc for perimenopause symptoms. Think I am going to take plunge and give them a go. My question is , when is the best time to start ? After bleed or right away. Anybfeed back on this type of hrt would be greatly appreciated . Sorry for long post. Xx

Hi This is what it says in the instructions foe Evorel sSequi:
"Peri-menopausal women who are still having regular menstrual cycles and are not currently on HRT should start Evorel Sequi within 5 days of the start of bleeding. Peri-menopausal women with irregular menstrual cycles, for whom pregnancy has been excluded, can start Evorel Sequi at any time."
Have you got an instruction leaflet in the box? x
