Title: Abdo pain with flushes at night.
Post by: Antonietta on April 13, 2019, 09:02:16 AM
Hello I'm new to this . I have asked my gp many times with no idea.
I only seem to notice it when laying in bed. I will wake with a hot flush which causes lower tummy pain lasting 30 seconds or a minute only. I am worried about this as it occurs almost every night.
Has anyone any idea. Thank you. Netta.

Before a sweat you can get an adrenaline surge and it makes your tummy feel weird
Oh and welcome 😊

Welcome welcome to the nut house Netta!

Flushes at night are standard, page 1 stuff.

The tummy pain I haven't had yet, but probably will do so thanks for the heads up...wink!

Can you give us some more deets on yourself? Age? Are you peri or post meno? Are you on any hrt or other stuff that could cause side effects?

Anyway enough from me, a warm welcome once more.

Peace out.

TD

Thanks for all your comments.
I'm 59 well into this unpleasant aspect of life.
I don't take any medication for this.
I've felt Anxiousness, less confident, & Forgetfulness is a big problem.
I've thought my abdo pain related to adrenaline input . Thank you for helping me know it's not just me.
Low mood seems to be another constant downside.
I hate taking medication but it does seem the problems can be overwhelming without drugs input.
I found few drops of C.b.d. Oil is good to help get to sleep.
As this seems to evade us at this time also.
How long does it go on for ??
