Title: Long cycle HRT

Hi ladies

I'm currently on long cycle HRT - three monthly but have started to bleed and not sure what this means?
I'm on Evorel 75 patches.

Im severely progesterone intolerant and take Utrogestan for 12 days every three months (under specialist care).

I'm not due to take the progesterone for another two weeks.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

I've been doing it for two years and this is the first time it has happened.
I had a scan in February and my lining was fine - have another in six months.
