Title: My HRT and rages

2 years period free and 3 months in on hrt patches. I am 50.
I'm struggling quite badly with terrible breast tenderness  for nearly 3 weeks of every month and my anger/irritability during this time is almost out of control.
I'm on evoril conti patches and it's been 3 month now. The only other patch my GP offers is FemSeven but my local pharmacist informed me that FemSeven has been discontinued. (Odd the GP wasn't aware) my flushes/joint pain/tiredness and tears have all gone but the anger is debilitating.
I do Pilates 4 times a week at the moment and walk my dogs daily over the downs so am having plenty of expertise, I am not overweight and I eat healthily. I am at my wits end to be honest....

When I had pre menstrual syndrome I was advised by National Association for Pre-menstrual Syndrome [NAPS] to eat every 3 hours even in the night.  To stop anxiety surges.

Hi Jojo
I was using everol conti also and the rage and anger I got was unreal infect I smashed my kitchen up (I mean everything ) that was breakable got smashed up
I really was frightened of myself , at this point I didn't notice my menopause symptoms were returning so I don't know if the patch wasn't strong enough for me I'm almost 52 and post menopause past 5 yrs
I embed up going back to GP who changed me to Femseven only to find out they could no longer be got .
I stopped everol conti and waited few months on appointment at menopause clinic which was only on Monday past so they have started me n everol patch and medroxyprogesteron which means I will have a monthly bleed
I can cope with the bleed if it settles me rage anger ect out

Me too I can't use any ssri antidepressants they send me crazy 😜

Utrogestan made me mad. I shouted very rude things at my neighbours after yet another pizza delivery via my garden at 10.30 at night (our houses are back to front and only we have a gate off the pavement)

Rage here there everywhere saying awful things to all kind of people.

I'm pretty sweary anyway but don't usually direct it at anyone.... utrogestan changed that but I'm back to normal now I've got a Jaydess instead.
