Hello Ladies.
I thought I would pass on some good news. I have been having tender breasts recently, mainly the nipples and only noticeable when touched so when my mammogram request arrived I was worried that the procedure would be painful and something sinister would show up. I am happy to report that there was no discomfort and my results confirm no abnormalities.
I hope my experience helps other ladies in a similar position and reassures them that there is nothing to be concerned about.
Wishing you all well.

Hi!!! Very relieving Kathleen!!! I was thinking that my breast tenderness isn't a good sign and that it can affect my breast density. Thanks for sharing!:)

That's great! HORMONES >:( ??? ......... many years ago someone told me that gentle massage of nipples will de-sensitise any tenderness - with an oil and warm hands.
