Could the ladies who take oestrogen only tell me how they feel if there dose is to high ? I never no if mine is to high or to low 😩

Are you asking about local oestrogen or systemic?

It is such a juggling act!
My consistent symptom for having too much Oestrogen is breast tenderness.
