I'm on the sofa at half one, pondering sleep but so much pain for sleep. Day was spent on sofa too.
My oestrogen levels are low for me, and I wish I was having an implant tomorrow but instead I'm picking up a prescription for some patches. Then in two weeks blood tests and then I may get the implant if no improvement or maybe it will stretch the implant frequency out. Also might start sertraline. Never had patches before.
But I don't know whether any of this is going to get me off the hormonal rollercoaster that has been 4 years post tah bso.
I'm just trying to remind myself that not every day is like this day. The pain is a lot today.

Hi chickpea
I hope you managed to get some sleep eventually. How are you feeling today? Good luck with starting your patches. I was precscribed the Serteraline but am too scared to take it (there must be some irony there!)
Let us know how you get on

Chickpea. Hope you find the patches help.i had BSO 6 months ago. It's so sudden and your levels drop to practically nothing. I describe it as brutal.
Did you go on HRT straight away.?
I havent heard about the implant have you had it before.
Hope you managed to get some sleep.x
