Title: Newbie.

Hi all,
I'm 56. I'm annoyingly Peri menopausal having just had a period. They're irregular and sporadic but still. ALl my friends have stopped by now! My Mum was 57 when here stopped.
I suffer from Fibromyalgia and M.E and I'm housebound and mostly bed bound. in 2009 I had Breast cancer.Thankfully been clear ever since but of course it really limits what help I can get.No hormones, no supplements mimicking Oestrogen etc.
I'm Very happily married(31yrs+) and have 3 adult kids and 2 cats.

I've got 2 main problems with the symptoms which I'll post in the relevant sections.
Looking forward to chatting and gleaning advice

 :welcomemm:  was the breast disease oestrogen dominant?  Quality of Life is important.

When was the period B4 this one?  Mine waxed and waned for about 3 years  ::)
