Title: Can't have sex anymore, since stopping HRT.

I have been off HRT for 6months now, and it has been hell. I thought I would give it a try, the worst fir me, I can't have penetrative sex, my cervix is so painful. I am on Vagifem and seemingly it doesn't seem to have an effect. Has anybody gone back on HRT after a break, if so what happened, did u manage to have sex again? Help 😣  So I am thinking of going back on HRT patches.

Maybe use the Vagifem every night as it is such a small dose.  Give it 4-6 weeks - some ladies need 'yes' and 'sylc' products too.

I'm 65 and need both full HRT together with Vagifem to keep things ok. I'd ask to go back on HRT sooner rather than later.

...also have you had a recent vaginal check-up as a painful cervix can have other causes?
