Last night I got an email from a GP Dr Stephanie deGiorgio.
Telling me she had written a blog for international women's day ( today ). A 10 point blog on various areas of women's health, that goes to EVERY GP: HCP professional via NHS England. She said my book was to good to leave off & has a direct link to it.
So a huge thank you that she took the time to read it AND recommend a book by a lay person who's non medical, to medics 🙌.
It should make it all round easier as also links to the menopause NICE guidelines & prescribing.
Slowly slowly catch a Monkey. It's about 3 years since I did my magazine piece for menopause matters article. 🤦♀️

I agree. Go Maryjane: GO!
It will be interesting to see over the next couple of years whether GPs will actually bother to read it. I haven't had a response from my GP but I must remember to ask if he bothered to read it at my appt. next week.
These are the kinds of GPs that should be fronting Menopause Clinics ;)

I completely forget some peeps from here follow me on twitter 🤦♀️. I have definitely started a conversation which is all I wanted to do, & it's definitely done that.
My Gynae is on there also. 🤦♀️ Problem is I don't even like social media 😫 but it's the only way these days, especially I am THE PR 🙄 who still struggles working out how conversations flow on twitter.
Have a few more “ things†linned up for this year. 😊
