Title: Tinnitus and HRT (Oestrogel)

Hi

Have any of you experienced tinnitus getting better with HRT (Oestrogel) use?

My tinnitus started 12 months ago for no apparent reason and never left. As it happened during the same sort of time as all the other horrid symptoms I wondered if it too was related to Oestrogen.

Sorry no one's answered.  Mine is intermittent.  Also a whosshing sensation.

It might be. I had tinnitus for a few months. I was on Oestrogel but not absorbing well, switched to Sandrena, oestrogen levels went up a bit and tinnitus gradually lessened. I hadn't really connected the two but there could be something in it.
