Hi!  I get bloated often ......... have you gained weight or simply that you feel fatter?  My apron dropped due to lack of oestrogen and when I look down I look fat  ::).  I know by my belt .......... which recently has felt tighter  >:(

Maybe put the name of the product into the search box to see what pops up?

Hi Countrygirl.
If it is water retention, then they tell you to drink more, because it's your body holding onto the water, because it feels dehydrated, so drinking more, makes the body relax, and lets it go. Could be that.....or .....it could be because we eat more stodgy stuff in winter, and now it's starting to show, but fluctuations in weight are common, you're always lighter first thing in the morning, than you are at nighttime. My weight fluctuates day after day by a couple kgs. But on whole, just try to eat as healthy as possible. Hard I know, when there's chocolate hanging around....🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Hi,
I have noticed over the last year or so (49y, in late peri, very irregular periods), that my weight can fluctuate quite a bit within a few days or weeks. Before that I have never paid much attention to it but I do seem to have bouts of bad water retention and they seem to be always in the weeks leading up to another period (sometimes like PMS that keeps going for weeks, not great by any standards). A little bit could also be metabolism slowing as oestrogen is generally lower (not on HRT yet). Water retention could be in line with hormone fluctuations. AG
