Hi
I have phases where I overheat and oddly my chin goes bright red! Last summer was a 'challenging' time for this and it seems to happen after my evening meal. As I'm getting peri symptoms I'm assuming it's my version of a hot flush which will probably get worse throughout the menopause (hopefully the oestrogel will sort it).
I don't drink alcohol or caffeine, don't smoke, don't eat spicy food and I'm not overweight, so I keep the known triggers to a minimum.
What I have noticed is that sugary food and chocolate seems to also set it off now. I'm assuming it's due to a blood sugar rush.
Does anybody else have this?
Thanks x

Could be the same time of day too - a combination of diet, hormones and ............ ::)
