Morning all
After 2 years on 1mg Novofem (sequential) HRT, I feel I need to go up a dose. Novofem do not do a higher dose...so I will need to change brands. The progestogen is norerhisterone, which gives me bad mood swings...so I don't know whether to change to Femoston which has a milder progestogen ? Or stick with a brand with norethisterone (devil you know).
Also even though I'm on sequential HRT, I don't bleed...a slight ‘show' but no bleed (whoop whoop). My doctor has never thought this was a concern...do you think this is because the dose has not high enough ?
