Title: HRT and supplements. What do you take and why?
Post by: Pinkjan4288 on February 23, 2019, 08:10:59 AM
I'm on sequential BHRT and take

Vit D 3000 IU spray daily
Organic Chlorella tablets ( for energy)
Hyaloronic acid tablets with Q10 (for joint pain)

I still feel like an emotional mess and my hips are so sore all the time.

What does everyone take and do you think it's helps?

Thanks. I need some ideas.

HRT is really helping me. Lots of symptoms have gone.
Mh isn't great though but I'm under lots of stress.

Hi Pinkjan4288

In addition to hrt I take a really good quality concentrated fish oil (4 x per day); this as well as the hrt is the single thing that helps with my joints. I really know about it when I run out! I also take vitamin D like you and a multi b-vit complex . Hope this helps x
