I've always been a twice a night toilet girl, but since having surgery 4 weeks ago it's 4 times. It was breast surgery.
Now I needed 2 ops 2 days apart. I had antibiotics so then got thrush. It was treated but now it's back with frequency too. I've treated it again. I'm treating like I have a uti with cystopurin too.
But I'm wondering if I need vagifem too as it often feels like my insides are dropping and sore.
I am on Evorel conti but on 25mcg because more caused spotting monthly.
Pretty sure my pelvic is shot too due to how I need to bend, I squat basically.
Feel a mess right now.

Yes, I would definitely go for the Vagifem. Getting up four times a night will do nothing for your recovery from surgery. You need plenty of sleep for that. If you have symptoms of UTI such as daytime frequency, urgency etc, then a urine test would be in order.
Good luck, and hope you feel better soon.

A urine sample must be sent to a Lab. to be certain which infection might be causing symptoms. Do read the threads on Vaginal atrophy. Make notes ;)
