Hello, I thought I would introduce myself. My name is Mandy and I am 51 years old. I have today been prescribed Evorel Sequi patches.

I am looking forward to reading your posts and hopefully getting some hints and tips on my journey through the menopause.

I am sure you will all be very helpful if I do have any questions.

May I say never feel there's a ything you can't ask. I'm fairly new to the forum too and have never been made to feel silly for asking a question even if it's been asked 100 times before.
There is a wealth of varied experience on here and some very well informed ladies. And what a supportive community!!

Nowt is taboo on here  ;) - if you use the search box for any queries you'll see that we sometimes talk about menopause  :D  ::)
