Title: Evorel Conti Supply Problems

Is anyone having problems getting Evorel Conti?

A few month back I had to trawl around a number of pharmacies to see if anyone had any stock on shelf as many of them told me that they could not order it in.  I've just got a new prescription and initially was told again that they couldn't order it in as there was low stock. Thankfully  Boots found some and were able to order it.

I was also advised to speak to my GP to look at alternative options! The pharmacist didn't have a clue as to why there was a shortage - has anyone else heard anything?

Hello kew,

Maybe the reason why Evorel Conti stock is low is because many ladies who were on Femseven Conti, which has been 'temporarily' discontinued, are being prescribed Evorel Conti.

If the manufacturer wasn't contacted beforehand this could lead to a domino effect, very worrying. Maybe you could write an email to the manufacturer? [email protected]

Thanks for that link I've dropped them an email.

Unsurprisingly my prescription didn't come in at Boots, so they've tried reordering, 🤞
