Anyone had this? I've just got over a horrible chest virus after 3 weeks which has left me with some sinus problems and earache in the mornings.
I've been waking up at night with neck stiffness and a burning sensation. I've recently changed pillows and thought it might be that but not sure!
Anyone? I'm 52 with no period since August. I have eostrogel and a mirena for HRT and symptoms seem well controlled at moment otherwise

Probably the angle of your neck. If the feeling wears off in the day, I would suggest going back to the other pillows and take some pain relief B4 sleep as it can be a relaxant.

Yes will try that. It's more burning than painful

Try putting some voltarol gel on it.
I can't sleep on any pillow bar my contour one, really supports your neck

Are the contour pillows hard? These new ones feel really hard!!
-
Some of mine were pretty hard but I now have a memory foam one and it's lovely 😊

Ooh - can you tell me what the brand is and where you bought it from? I'll make some investigations!! :)

Since having a fractured disc in my neck many moons ago,the specialist said firstly NEVER lie on your front and always have a support pillow,as you neck shouldn't be at an angle if you've any weaknesses there, anyway,it's called contour memory foam pillow.hope it helps xx
