Title: Just prescribed hrt, fingers crossed!
Post by: Mummytron on January 11, 2019, 02:05:39 PM
Hi
Just had an appt in which I was given a  prescription for Oestrogel 1 pump a day and Utrogestan 200mg at bedtime on days 15-28. Nervous and excited. I'm 43 and been in Peri for 3-4 years. I'm a nervous medicine taker but I'm assured this should make me feel human again!

Don't think of it as medicine, it's 'replacement'  ;)

Do you keep a mood/symptom/food diary to chart progress?

Thanks both
I keep a symptom chart as it's the only way I've known what's been going on!
