HI i have been on various HRT as had so many bad side affects. So the dr put me on Evorel 50 patches and said if i need to I could go on an extra half a patch if this didnt work. So i found that having a patch and a half helps me . For the progesterone bit i have taken Ustrogan tablet s which have made me feel terrible. So I am stopping them and going to go back to the Evorel Sequi as this gave the least side effects.
I wanted to ask as I am on the porgestrone bit of my cycle has anyone took the evorel Sequi and used 1 conti stage patches and half a patch of evoril 50? This is so i can get 75mg of the estrogen. I didnt know if i could add the extra half patch at this stage of my cycle. i am seeing a dr on Monday but just need something to get me through the weekend.
Thanks

Hi, not quite the same but I found Everol Sequi not controlling my symptoms any more and was put by a specialist GP onto Everol Conti 75 with separate Utrogestan for the progesterone bit and that's suiting me much better. I found the doubled up Everol Sequi was too much oestrogen at 100. Generally the limitations of the Sequi are that only one dose is available in the combined patch, but many more options if you can separate the oestrogen and the progesterone.
