Title: Hot, itchy feeling on neck

Please help me.
I have been getting hit, tingly, itching and I don't know why. It's always on my neck, front and back plus my upper arms and cheeks. Is this normal? Im 43 and premenopausal.

It's a very unsettling process. I'm 46 and a few years in to my perimenopause. Ugh.
