Title: Cortisol surges
Post by: Dottywigg on December 22, 2018, 05:19:40 PM
I wake up every morning with this horrible feeling, I have worked out that it's cortisol. Is this post menopause I am in or am I just hoping?

Hi Dottywigg.

Your considered postmeno when you haven't had a period for a full 12 months.

I went 9 month without a period then spotted for 2 days and went another 4 month since so was kinda hoping I was past the peri stage. Oh well 4 month and counting. Xx

I don't think I can take ashwaghanda as I take meds for high blood pressure. I also take Prozac and amatrypteline so that might conflict. Thanks for the suggestion though xx
