Title: Vaginal progesterone?
Post by: perimandy on December 20, 2018, 07:47:22 PM
I have just been prescribed a continuous hrt, oestrogen patches and Utrogestan 100 capsules. I am rather progesterone intolerant I think and have heard you can take progesterone vaginslly which might help with mental health side effects. What I don't understand is, do you put the oral capsules (spherical white capsules) in the vagina? Or do you have to have something different prescribed? Sorry if this is a silly question, I might have got the wrong end of the stick!!
Thank you
Mandy
