Interesting. Is it true that you need Vitamin K2 if taking Vit D?? I only take a low dosage (2000iu or lower) and use magnesium oil spray morning and night.

You may need to adjust the dose. The body automatically gets rid of excess magnesium so try less or a different form.

You just have to be careful with Magnesium as it can give some people the runs (me included).
Not to mention play havock with your heart rythm
