Title: Anxiety

Hi ladies been doing fine until may this year then started to have a bad time with head ache and stomach problems , but now my anxiety has come back not been able to go to work .l all so have a UTI not feeing good
I am going to see a private doctor tomorrow to see if she can help my doctorsare not helpful,I don't know if me been ill has set my anxiety off or my hormones I am so confused getting upset at little things
Been perimenopausal for 4 years feels like I was then ,l taking elleste duet 1mg for 6 weeks don't know what to think any more thought I would not feel like this again

Is it a urinary tract infection or atrophy which mimics UTIs really well.  A sample should be sent to a Lab. to make sure!  If necessary the appropriate AB can be prescribed.

Maybe take a list with you to the Appt.? 

Anxiety can be eased by appropriate medication, either daily or 'as necessary'.  Did you have anxiety prior to your periods stopping?

Hi CLKD doctor has given me antibiotics trimethoprim 200mg for 3days finished today they have sent my sample to the lab  not got back to me yet , had period last week for 3 days felt abit anxious but feel worse now I have Finished

The GP should have waited until the result came back because you may not have required them if it didn't grow anything.

It takes about 3 days to grow .......

Maybe take some pain relief to ease sensations.
