This didn't work for me last night but it does on many occasions.
When feeling anxious and jittery whilst at home get onto youtube and watch re runs of Would I Lie to You..... Really makes me laugh which in turn relaxes me. belly laughs all the wy. Try it!

Exactly what i do find things you enjoy and watch if you cant sleep or feel agitated, dont let your mind overwhelm you,distract your thoughts as much as you can and it will become habit forming so as soon as you feel it you'll know what to do to shut the negative thought processes down.it works for me DD😘
