Hi I'm new
I am mid 50's and getting sporadic periods. Getting lighter.
My problem is after exercise my pubic are is really painful. Like someone has kicked me in the pubic bone and nipped my labia flaps, really tightly. Sorry if too graphic.
I'm not on any HRT and wanted to know does anyone experience this and what is the solution

Do read our threads about vaginal atrophy. You may that some local treatment will ease those symptoms. Also, as oestrogen levels drop muscles may become lax = aches and pains as well as causing the body to become dry. Inside and out ::).
