Title: Oestrogen gel

Hi. Sorry more questions.
I've been using the gel now for about 2 weeks and since last week I've had an intermittent bad tummy. Two days last week I thought I had a stomach bug, felt exhausted, tummy cramps, felt sick. That then passed for about 48 hours and has now come back.

Yesterday felt fine, then after dinner at 6 pm was utterly exhausted, fell asleep and woke this morning with tummy ache again.

Could this be the gel or more likely a bug?
