Title: HRT and progesterone

Hi ladies. My gp has just put me on the low dose hrt patch (just completed my first week being on it) and wants to top me up on progesterone. I'm not sure when to take my tablets, as my periods have always been, and are still very much all over the place. Do I take them the last two weeks of the month? So far, the patch is helping with my moods, no side effects as of yet 🤞

Sorry no one has posted, they've obviously missed your post.
I can't help because I'm on conti hrt.

Ordinarily you'd start taking them 15 days from the beginning of your cycle. Because your periods are all over the place, maybe start when you've been on the patches for 15 days...which strength patch and which progesterone are you on?
