All links ask for consent now so that you can take a bit more control of what info is shared via cookies (I think)  ;D

It's an interesting read especially the fact that sleeping in at weekends can reverse the anxiety symptoms caused by poor sleep during the week. Thanks for posting Conolly

I sleep when my brain insists on sleep  ::) fortunately not whilst driving. 

Anxiety will wake me.  Suddenly  :-\.
