Title: Quick question

Hi all

I'm using Oestrogel and Androfeme.  The instructions say they have to be aoolied to clean skin with no creams/mosturisers etc.

My question is, how long after I have applied do I need to wait before I can used mosturisers on the skin where HRT has been applied? does anyone know?

Sorry, I know it sounds trivial but I don't want to sabotage my treatment!

I think the instructions say that you should have no contact with another human - so no cuddling close for an hour after application  ::) and that you have to wait the same or a bit more before you could shower if you didn't have a shower or wash beforehand.  I would suggest that it would be hour/1.5 before you can slap on any cream or moisturiser.

I would simply miss out the area after application.
