Hi Discokaren

Have you tried windeze?
They help me when I'm bloated up like a balloon.
I know it's horrible isn't it?  >:(
I just seem to be full of air a lot of the time, it does settle down eventually.
Sometimes I think I'm gonna drift off into the sky , lead by my big blown up belly!!
Windeze do help though......

Are you on any particular medication?

I get bloated too.   :-\. Usually because I haven't taken on board enough fluids  ::).

Hi,
Very familiar with this old chestnut- lol
For the last 4 years i have been having gut troubles. You name it ive tried it.  I could list about 40 different types of meds..... but don't worry I won't.
I call it bra strap pain in the back then a tight band around the front, with bloating etc.
I have been ‘diagnosed ‘ with ibs, gastritis, gord,  etc etc.
Anyway- my symptoms chnaged when i started hrt- now vomiting.  Saw gp again mmmm he says gastritis.... by this time i've had enough and ask for an ultrasound. He smirks and states, okay, but i doubt that it the cause........ a case of famous last words.
I go for my scan- a huge bag of marble sized gall stones with inflammed gall bladder aaaaarrggg!
I felt intense satisfaction telling him i told you so......
Anyway the upshot is try a few meds, but don't be fobbed off.
