I haven't been on her for about 3 months. I was having such a hard time with my anxiety and finding the right HRT. I would read the replies which would say bare with it don't give up, it takes time.
Well I am proof that if you wait and give a treatment time it gets better.
I've had the worse couple of months with worry about my daughter she has a health condition. I got through it.
So please if you're struggling go back and talk to your doctor and try and be patient
I can't thank everyone on here enough for putting up with my constant winging posts

Congratulations Burchers :) What have you ended up with and how long has it taken to settle? I cant find all the original posts?
I am checking out the success stories so I can turn myself into one - hopefully !!

Thankyou for commenting. Honestly give yourselves at least 3/4 months before you start to notice little things have improved. I think we all expect to suddenly wake up after a month and feel better. The truth is that's not the case , but you will start to feel and live again
