Title: Hot flashes every hour
Post by: grass931 on October 04, 2018, 12:42:20 AM
Had a hot flash every hour today followed by freezing chills and headache.  Sleeping is a nightmare as can't keep covered or uncovered can't believe it's got this bad.

Hi grass931. It's strange how flushes/sweats are so regular sometimes. You used to be able to set your watch by mine every 20 minutes 😁. Where are you in menopause and have you considered HRT?

Hi,  I have re started the patches on Wednesday.   I came off to see how I managed because I had been switched to a continuous type and wasn't sure if it was helping my moods.  My last patch was in February and at first I thought I would be OK without.   Then a period in July and then again in August when nothing happened this month WHAM with the almost continuous flash then chill so I have put on a patch.   No change yet though another bad night.   Thank-you for your reply.

Thank-you, you are so right about the chills. Comming every hour day and night is exhausting the patch hasn't kicked in yet.  If the patch doesn't work I will have to go back to the Dr's again as this is just not right.   I might have to go back to sequential again like you say if the mood s return. I have frozen a flannel to put on and off tonight.
