Title: Fluctuations
Post by: Rosie63 on September 29, 2018, 07:32:22 AM
Morning ladies.  Even though I take my HRT tablets at the same time everyday, I am finding that the way I feel fluctuates an awful lot.  Sometimes I feel ok in the morning but then rubbish in the afternoon, sometimes I don't feel great when Inget up but then I improve as the day goes on and sometimes I can feel good for 2 or 3 days and I think I've cracked it only to find I then have a really rough day.

I wondered if anyone else out there experiences the same fluctuations and why this might be?

Thanks as always.

HI Rosie - yes I get daily fluctuations.  Most days I wake up OK and then after an hour the anxiety starts.  Then usually by nighttime I am OK again.  Weird.

Mustard1, I'm the same - anxiety hits at 7am and lasts till around midday, then afternoon gradually feels better and evenings are OK. Always the same...

Me too.
I can wake up alright & by lunchtime have anxiety & weepiness & then feel ok & then it comes back later or I can wake up awful, feel ok & late afternoon feel ok. It doesn't follow any pattern. I also get rapid mood swings. One min ok then not.
