Hi ladies just need some help been prei for 4years , but the last 4 months have been bad with lower back pain ibs been bad knees ache , lower tummy ache.Was hopping when I had my period it would get better .Had to change my hrt to femoston 2/10 3months ago .my doctors are not that help full so don't really like going

I'm afraid tummy cramps are a side effect of hrt especially if you got cramps with your natural periods and sometimes the pain can travel to the legs as well. The higher dose may also make things worse.
You could consider having a Mirena fitted and use oestrogen as gel or patch alongside - this will usually stop at bleeding after the first few months and I personally found this the best hrt regime.
