Lunch = 2 x crisp breads piled high with cottage cheese and a quarter of a honeydew melon. Dinner = Marinated salmon, grilled, marinade heated and thickened with Japanese rice

Totally forgot about liquid intake!! yesterday.
Usual muesli with black tea.  Two black decaf coffees in morning. Lunch = 2x crispbread loaded with cottage cheese, quarter of honeydew melon, cup black decaf coffee. Two more black decaf coffees through afternoon with a snack of 3 x marmite flatbreads (so yummy) and a peeled apple a bit later. Dinner = chicken breast, broccoli, carrots, green beans with gravy and a quarter of melon.

Also forgot yesterday the marmite flatbreads that I have every afternoon. Apple only because of abundance in garden

I had problems with burning mouth this morning  :-\ so my usual muesli went out to the birds followed by half a round of toast with marmalade which also caused stinging.  A banana was OK-ish and I've had an egg and cress sandwich and 2 pieces of chocolate.

A bowl of very hot Baxter's soup.
With a large chunk of French stick.

Didn't like it much, but eat it because I was starving.
I knew I shouldn't have bought that one, but the picture on the can made it look delicious,
when I opened it, and poured it into the saucepan, it looked NOTHING like the picture.
Oh well, you live n learn don't you......lol
I might start making my own veggie soup.......
