Title: New to forum and going out of my mind
Post by: Bouncy69 on September 20, 2018, 03:27:16 PM
I had a full hysterectomy at 44. I am now 49 and have had to come off hrt. I had many symptoms before but this is ridiculous. I can't function. I'm shaky, dizzy, sick, my eyesight is even worse. I can't do this. How do you all cope?

Is it a personal choice to stop HRT?

Some ladies find that keeping a daily mood/food/symtpom diary useful.  Which symptom would you like to ease first?

When did you last have a full blood count? to check on VitD levels, thyroid function etc.? Also, an eye test?

How is your diet over-all?  Make a list for a couple of days of what you eat and drink.  Slow release foods can ease some of those symptoms.  Also, I have a nerve in the back of my neck which gives me 'dizzy' feelings, it's sudden.  And gone!

Hi Bouncy 69.

When you say full hysterectomy do you mean womb and cervix but kept your ovaries? Have you stopped HRT as you feel it is this that is causing your symptoms

You will get loads of help and advice on here.
