Maybe this is a really silly question but.......
I started my Evorel Conti patches 2 weeks ago, using 2 per week.
I stuck them on my tummy just about 2 inches to the side and below my belly button.
But reading on here, lots of you stick them on bum or thighs.
So can I swop around and 1 week use tum and next week thigh? Or do you have to use the same part of your body each time, just opposite sides?
I guess what I'm asking is...does more hormone get absorbed in different areas of your body.
Excuse me if this is a stupid question. :-\

Hi ali 61
I put mine on my tummy, below bellybutton alternating the sides.
When I first got them last December I put them on my thighs or bottom but found they sometimes got caught on jeans/tight leggings and came off.
I've found below bellybutton works best for me, as in all things HRT it's horses for courses. Find the best thing for you, there's no rules apart from waist down.
Good luck xx
